Members' and Sponsors'Dinner 2020

The Benevolent Society have just received confirmation from the Tower of London that the Tower will now remain closed for all public and private events until at least the end of June 2020. Unfortunately, this means that the Benevolent Society charity dinner as booked for 11th June 2020 can no longer take place.

David Doyle, Vice Chairman, said “The Trustees were all very much looking forward to sharing this sell out evening with over 150 guests and of course raising vital funds for the industries’ charity whilst doing so! Due to the uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak the Trustees felt it unwise currently to try and rearrange the event and therefore everyone who has purchased tickets, or paid a deposit, will receive a full refund within the next couple of weeks”.

Chairman, Simon Dawe said “David, myself, and all of our Trustees, would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone once again for supporting The Benevolent Society and we are saddened that this event can no longer go ahead. We are all truly grateful for our industries’ ongoing support”.
